Fulfillment & Refund Policy

Last Updated:

This Fulfillment & Refund Policy governs the services provided by GOODBALLET GLOBAL HOLDINGS LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for independent film production, commercial video content creation, and post-production services. All transactions and contracts are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

1. Fulfillment & Delivery Timelines

The fulfillment of video production and post-production services is inherently project-specific. Delivery timelines for final video files or film assets will be explicitly defined in the Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) executed prior to the commencement of any project.

Standard delivery of final commercial assets typically ranges from 4 to 8 weeks post-production, whereas independent film production timelines may span several months. Delays caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide necessary feedback, assets, or approvals) will result in a corresponding extension of the delivery timeline without penalty to GOODBALLET GLOBAL HOLDINGS LLC.

2. Deposits & Payment Schedule

To commence work on any production, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures production dates, crew, equipment rentals, and covers initial pre-production administrative costs. The specific percentage of the deposit will be outlined in the client's SOW (typically ranging from 30% to 50% of the total project cost).

3. Project Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of film and video production, our refund policy is strictly structured based on project phases:

  • Pre-Production Phase: If a client cancels a project before principal photography or animation begins, the initial deposit remains non-refundable to cover sunk costs, crew booking fees, and administrative labor. Any payments made beyond the initial deposit will be refunded within 14 business days.
  • Production Phase: Once principal photography (filming) has commenced, no refunds will be issued for the deposit or any milestone payments tied to the production phase, as resources and labor have already been irrevocably deployed.
  • Post-Production Phase: If cancellation occurs during post-production (editing, VFX, color grading, sound design), the client is liable for all work completed up to the date of cancellation, billed at our standard hourly or day rates. No refunds will be issued for completed milestones.

4. Revisions & Acceptance

Post-production services include a set number of revision rounds, which will be specified in the SOW (typically two rounds of consolidated revisions). Additional revisions outside the scope of the original agreement will be billed at standard hourly rates. Final delivery and acceptance of the video assets constitute the completion of the service. Once final assets are delivered and approved, no refunds are permissible under any circumstances.

5. Force Majeure

GOODBALLET GLOBAL HOLDINGS LLC shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, strikes, equipment failure, or governmental restrictions. In such events, we will work in good faith to reschedule production dates or find alternative solutions, but refunds will not be issued for delays caused by force majeure.
